It was on January of 2018 when my car was stolen from the gas station. It was my fault because I left the keys on the ignition. I thought that I will be told by the insurance company that it was not covered because it was clearly my fault. To my surprise, they told me that they would pay for the car’s total amount if it was never found. The car was found damaged. It was assessed and still aptly paid for.

I have to say that I had an old agent with GeneralInsurance that I liked a lot but my agent changed recently. My agent and I are still trying to understand each other better but I am happy with the help that he has given so far. Whenever I have issues, I just have to call and the help I need will be given to me immediately.

There are moments when I would call the insurance company and I would not get any answer but with GeneralInsurance, it is all different. I would call whenever I can and I get an answer every time. To say that I am satisfied is an understatement.

The moment that I called the insurance company, I was given immediate service. I waited at the vehicle registration office and I was able to get the insurance policy immediately. It will be hard to find this type of service anywhere else.

My newly insured car was just on the driveway when my husband had issues with the lawn mower. A stone was cast directly on the car’s passenger window. I was a bit discouraged that my claim was not going to be approved but the window was replaced in a couple of days.

It was easy to sign up for the services that this company can provide. I had a cracked windshield because of a baseball that the neighbor accidentally threw. I filed a claim and it was immediately replaced. My vehicle looks as good as new.

I do not have a perfect driving record. In fact, I did not drive for 2 years from 2015-2017 because I had some issues with my vehicle. I have always been told that it will be hard to find a car insurance policy after you have cancelled the one you used to have but I did not encounter any trouble with GeneralInsurance.
